Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based outpatient OT interventions to improve strength, coordination, and functional performance
• Address activities of daily living (ADLs) and fine motor skills
• Recommend adaptive equipment and home modification strategies as needed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
• CPR/BLS Certification (if required)
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical and communication skills
