Warehouse Material Handler 

Location: Nashville,TN
Job Type:Tem-Hire
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler for a Zone Service Center. In this role, you will help ensure products are received, stored, prepared, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to use warehouse technology and equipment.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to warehouse procedures.

• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and push carts .

• Select, pack, and palletize customer shipments.

• Sort and pack less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments.

• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process and track inventory.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

• Perform daily safety inspections and follow all company safety procedures.

• Lift, move, and handle various materials as required.

• Cut wire and perform other warehouse-related tasks.

• Climb ladders and work comfortably at different heights.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum age of 18 years old .

• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.

• Previous experience working in a large warehouse is a plus.

• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.

• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.

• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving various loads.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical test .

• Good attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in various temperatures and warehouse conditions.

• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
