Digital Communications Specialist

To support customer interactions remotely, the full-time hourly Digital Communications Representative will troubleshoot and follow up on customer issues while maintaining accurate records and building relationships with store staff and management. Key responsibilities Receive and respond to incoming chat, email, and SMS inquiries in a timely and professional manner Document customer interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate customer histories Balance customer satisfaction with company policies while escalating complex issues as needed Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Customer service experience preferred Ability to type 35+ words per minute Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the Windows operating system Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills Virtual Vocations Inc
