Alphanumeric is hiring an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to work in Lumberton, NC, with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

We're seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OTR & COTA) who want to transform children's lives while enjoying flexibility, mentorship, and professional growth.

Flexible Scheduling Options:

• Start as early as 7:00 AM and finish by 6:00 PM.
• Traditional 5-day schedule, four 10-hour days, or customized schedule.
• Part-time opportunities available with option to grow to full-time.
• Compensation options: hourly or pay-per-visit.

Competitive Compensation:

• OTR: $70,000 - $85,000 annually depending on experience ($33.65 - $40.87 per hour).
• COTA: Pay-per-visit model ($10/unit).
