Enterprise Medical is partnering with a highly respected, mission?driven healthcare network in Bakersfield, California, to welcome Primary Care physicians to join its growing outpatient practices across multiple communities.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient Primary Care with Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends and no call
• Work alongside an excellent support team, including Medical Assistants, nursing staff, and an on?site health center manager
• Integrated care model offering medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and preventive services
• Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• Robust base salary of $275,000 plus $50K sign-on bonus and $60K retention bonus paid over 3 years

• Rural location assignment stipend and relocation reimbursement
