Job Description

Independently implements the nursing process with individuals, including carrying out physician's orders regarding medication and treatment in a correctional environment.
Performs assessments.
Changes dressings.
Monitors and ensures quality care through observation and evaluation.
Documents nursing interventions on medical records.
Maintains records and makes reports.
Responds to emergencies.

Critical Information

Minimum of 2 shifts per week with weekend coverage; 1st Shift from 08:00 to 16:00.

Education/Licenses Needed

Registered Nurse license required.
