Electrical Project Manager

We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects across the Nashville area, typically ranging from $3M–$10M. This is a high-impact role with a strong pipeline of local work across healthcare, airports, municipal, higher education, commercial, and industrial sectors. What you’ll do: Lead multiple large-scale electrical construction projects from start to finish Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and overall project performance Coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies Track financials, forecasting, and project progress Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all phases What we’re looking for: 5+ years of construction electrical project management experience Experience managing projects in healthcare, airports, municipal, higher education, commercial, or industrial sectors Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, and MS Office Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment What’s offered: Competitive salary + bonus + car allowance Strong benefits package Local project work (minimal travel) Career growth and development opportunities Collaborative, team-focused culture If you’re a project leader who thrives on complex projects and wants to be part of a strong, growing team, this is worth a conversation.
