Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead multidisciplinary projects from concept through construction while mentoring junior staff, collaborating across engineering disciplines, and working directly with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through construction completion Manage project teams, schedules, and technical deliverables Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Provide technical leadership and ensure engineering excellence Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various project types Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) – Required (non-negotiable) 10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment Strong expertise in mechanical systems (HVAC, building systems, etc.) Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion Leadership experience with team supervision and mentoring Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination Excellent communication and client-facing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
