Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in Muskegon, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to produce high-quality precision parts that power industries nationwide—all while growing your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Operator , your core responsibilities will include:
Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to blueprints and specifications.
Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to verify accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine machine cleaning and upkeep to ensure optimal performance and safety.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a positive attitude, work effectively with your team, and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
CNC machine operation experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates)
Positive, reliable, and eager to learn new skills
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Skills:
Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of basic machine operation and ability to troubleshoot simple issues helps ensure smooth production.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in measuring and inspecting parts maintains product quality and customer satisfaction.
Teamwork: Strong communication and cooperation with coworkers support consistent production and efficiency.
