You will have the opportunity to play an active role in leading the Store with the Store Manager to provide our customers with a great place to shop and for our team to grow their careers.We serve over 1000+ communities which means our Assistant Store Managers need to lead their large and dynamic teams in a connected and caring way to deliver consistently good shopping experience for our customers.What you'll doAs an Assistant Store Manager at Woolworths Supermarkets you will role model our values and genuine care to create and support a culture within your store in which every team member feels they belong.
