Our organisational values people together, passion, dedication, quality and expertise are our guiding north star.What you'll doResponsible for the performance of all relevant activities allocated to a Compliance Officer and a Money Laundering Reporting Officer under all rules and regulations applicable on Leonteq Securities AG, Amsterdam branchPerforming client reviews and KYC procedureMonitoring client transactions and adherence to Dutch, European and Swiss legal requirementsDrafting and review of risk assessments and compliance monitoring programsDocumentation and life cycle management of relationshipsSupport in regard to the implementation of group-wide policies and relevant standing ordersAssistance with compliance reviews and reporting dutiesCompilation and preparation of the necessary documentation for internal and external examinations (e.g. audits)Support in other core compliance tasksSupport Group Compliance in audit related topicsCompliance reviews and responsibility for local reporting dutiesImplementing and maintaining policies and procedures to identify, manage and track risks to which Leonteq is exposed toCommunicating with senior management in relation to the risks identified in the company and advising on appropriate actions that could be takenWhat you'll needLaw or economic degreeAt least 5 years of Compliance experience in the Dutch financial sector and in a role as Compliance Officer and MLROProficient in domestic Dutch legal and regulatory requirements and European regulationActive interest in capital markets and the respective regulationsDedicated and responsible personality with strong team-player attitudeAbility to work independently and to take initiativeNative in Dutch, business level proficiency in Englisch and GermanNice to haveAdditional language skillsWhy you'll love working hereExperience the dynamics of a leading fintech companyInsight opportunities across all departments to understand and build know-how in the mechanics of the structured investment product value chainModern offices in exceptional location
