About the Role: As a Server within the management of companies and enterprises sector, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for clients and guests. Your primary objective is to efficiently take and deliver orders while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor that reflects the company’s standards. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or food service role. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions and order accuracy. Legal eligibility to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software. Responsibilities: Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing detailed menu information and recommendations as needed. Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns or special requests promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions with integrity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, service stations, and utensils. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist in training new servers and support team members to promote a collaborative work environment. Skills: The required skills such as clear communication and basic math are essential for accurately taking orders, processing payments, and interacting with customers to ensure their needs are met. Customer service skills are used daily to create a welcoming atmosphere and to handle any issues or special requests with professionalism and empathy.
