Pediatric Ophthalmologist - Private Practice + Great Benefits – Bergen County, NJ

Join a team of world‑class Ophthalmologists and Surgeons in Bergen County & Passaic County, New Jersey (20-30 mins to Manhattan, NYC)! These beautiful and modern private practice offices have state‑of‑the‑art equipment at their separate pediatric centers!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

  • Employed position with $325k+ salary + Bonus structure with no bonus cap!

  • Relocation Assistance available

  • 3 weeks Vacation

  • 1 week CME

  • 401k with 3% Match after year 1

  • Disability Insurance

  • Strong support

    • 2 Techs per Doctor

    • Additional Tech Support for testing

    • Surgical Center Coordinator

DETAILS

  • Full Time or Part Time Pediatric Ophthalmologist

  • Be busy from Day 1!

    • Busy both medically and surgically

  • See 30 patients a day

  • Practice is associated with 2 hospitals and 3 surgery centers

  • Each doctor has 2 Techs + other Techs doing testing + Surgical Coordinator & Call Center
