Industrial Maintenance Technician – Multi-Craft$28.00 – $35.00 per hour based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Night shift receives an additional $2.00 per hour shift premium. Night shift total earning range: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour with shift premium.Custom Glass Solutions is seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician – Multi-Craft to join our Maintenance Team at our Upper Sandusky, OH glass manufacturing facility.This opening is currently for night shift, working 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on a 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule. Night shift receives an additional $2.00 per hour shift premium.This is a hands-on maintenance role responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated production equipment. Our maintenance technicians support all areas of production and play a key role in equipment uptime, downtime response, preventive maintenance, and long-term equipment reliability.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues. PLC/HMI knowledge, controls troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, and experience with automated equipment are preferred but not required.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: This position works a 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule.
