• 3 consecutive 24-hr shifts per 7-day block -- in-house coverage
• 6 x 24-hr shifts per month -- 3 consecutive shifts twice monthly
• Inpatient census: 1 - 5 patients per day
• 8-bed inpatient pediatric unit
• Inpatient pediatrics, ED consults, newborn nursery, circumcisions
• Intubation, central line placement, non-invasive ventilation required
• NRP and PALS certification required
• Strong cross-specialty collaboration supporting inpatient pediatric care
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
