Schedule Day shift, 3x12-hour schedule (07:00 - 19:00). Every 3rd weekend is required, and floating between two units will be necessary based on unit needs. Job Description We are seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years' experience, including telemetry monitoring, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care to individuals with a variety of telemetry-related diagnoses, ensuring safety and comfort through effective nursing practices. Responsibilities Monitor and manage telemetry patients, interpreting cardiac rhythms and responding to patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care and treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system. Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in telemetry. Telemetry monitoring experience is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Why ARMStaffing?
