Sales Focus Inc. is hiring motivated full-time Outside Sales Representatives to represent Cross and help homeowners upgrade to faster, more reliable internet service. This is a full-time, face-to-face, residential D2D outside sales position offering base pay AND uncapped commission. About Sales Focus Inc.Sales Focus Inc. (SFI) pioneered the sales outsourcing industry in the United States in 1998 . For more than 25 years , we have helped companies accelerate growth by building and managing dedicated sales teams. SFI has launched 1,300+ sales campaigns and built teams of more than 12,000 sales professionals across a wide range of industries including energy, telecommunications, fintech, and technology. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect residential neighborhoods where fiber service is available
- Engage homeowners and educate them on fiber internet benefits
- Generate new customer enrollments through face-to-face interaction
- Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
- Track activity and sales using company tools
- Represent a nationally recognized internet provider
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
- Expected first-year earnings: $55k – $90k+
- 10 Paid Holidays

- Tuesday – Saturday (One weekend day required)
