This role requires adaptability as you navigate both individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.

  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insight into clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions, tailoring approaches based on evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clearly articulated goals and interventions to facilitate client progress.

  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination.

  • Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans when necessary to safeguard client well-being.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a comprehensive client record.
