MAMMOGRAPHY TECHNOLOGIST

Department: Radiology #7690 Under the general supervision of the Imaging Services Director, the Mammography Technologist operates dedicated, specialized mammography radiographic equipment, formulates/calculates technical image facts and positions patients in order to produce diagnostic images of normal and abnormal human breast tissue and associated issue and related unusual changes/conditions for use by physician in making medical diagnosis. Responsible for performing routine to complex diagnostic procedures in diagnostic mammography under the direction of a licensed radiologist. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
