This contract position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of two days per week on-site, with preference for four days, providing both flexibility and meaningful in-person engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of school-aged children
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to maximize student success
• Participate in meetings and contribute to professional development as needed
• Deliver support for both in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations within school settings
• Familiarity with individualized education plans and school-based documentation
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to a hybrid environment
