KeyResponsibilities Provideoverallleadershipanddailymanagementofallfacilityoperations. Ensurecompliancewithfederal,state,andlocalregulations,aswellascompanypoliciesandprocedures. Lead,coach,anddevelopdepartmentheadsandteammemberstopromoteapositive,high-performanceculture. Overseefinancialmanagement,includingbudgeting,censusdevelopment,andcostcontrol. Fosterstrongrelationshipswithresidents,families,physicians,andthesurroundingcommunity. Drivequalityimprovementinitiativestoenhanceresidentoutcomesandsatisfaction. Maintainopen,transparentcommunicationwithownershipandregionalleadershiponkeyoperationalmetrics. Qualifications Current OklahomaNursingHomeAdministratorLicense(LNHA) ingoodstanding. Minimum 3–5yearsofexperience asanAdministratorinaskillednursingorlong-termcarefacility. Provensuccesswithsurveyreadiness,censusgrowth,andteamdevelopment. StrongunderstandingofMedicare/Medicaidreimbursement,financialoperations,andcompliancestandards. Excellentleadership,communication,andinterpersonalskills. Aresults-orientedmindsetwiththeabilitytobalancequality,compliance,andoperationalefficiency.
