ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician

Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) is seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to join our team of caring professionals. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With our cutting‑edge approach, you will work in a center‑based, in‑home, or a combination of settings to create a schedule that suits your needs. Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using ABA principles Implement individualized treatment plans to promote positive behavior and skill development Collaborate with BCBAs, BCaBAs, and other therapy team members to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress About the Role As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician with ABT, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals who prioritize your child's needs. What We Offer Competitive compensation up to $24 HOURLY based on registration and experience Schedule: Mon‑Fri 12:30pm–3:30pm Mileage reimbursement and limited travel for in‑home services Full paid RBT training. Work as a BT while we pay to get you registered!
