Field-Based Client Care Consultant

Honor is seeking a Client Care Advisor in Chicago to guide families from inquiry to service start through consultative sales, care coordination, and ongoing relationship management. You will lead high‑quality consultations, understand client needs, and translate them into clear care plans while ensuring onboarding and ongoing engagement.
