Area Director I: Spiritual Leadership & Team Development

Young Life

A faith-based organization in Charlotte is seeking an Area Director I to lead a team in sharing the Gospel and nurturing adolescent faith. Responsibilities include developing spiritual leaders, managing resources, and engaging in direct ministry activities. Qualifications include a preferred college degree, proven leadership, and relational skills, with a commitment to Young Life’s mission.
