Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts (36 Hours/Week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting during night shift hours
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
• Perform neurological assessments utilizing the NIHSS scale as clinically indicated

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of emergency room nursing experience
• Active RN license in Georgia or a valid Compact State license
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in a high-acuity environment
