Marketing Analyst

The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote VigorCare Pediatric Services and increase brand awareness. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to analyze market trends and consumer behavior, and use this information to drive marketing initiatives that support the company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for pediatric healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various marketing channels, such as social media, email, and website Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement Assist in the development of marketing plans and budgets Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels Stay up-to-date with industry developments and make recommendations for new marketing strategies Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations Assist with event planning and coordination for community outreach initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing or market research Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines Experience with social media marketing and content creation Knowledge of pediatric healthcare industry is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software, such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite Ability to work independently and in a team environment We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
