Security Guard OfficerLocation: SacramentoCategory: SecurityDescription: Responsibilities and Duties: Security officer tasks may include but not limited to: Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers, identifying risks and notifying appropriate management authority or 911/Police. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Positive and confident professional image. Be able to successfully complete all training required for the position. Demonstrate an ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
