About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Daycare Teacher to join our team in Webster, TX. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can learn, play, and grow. You will partner with families to support each child's unique developmental journey and prepare them for future academic success.
What You'll Do- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment adhering to state licensing standards.
- Observe and assess student progress, providing regular updates and reports to parents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility or preschool setting.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards for childcare centers.
Able to keep good attendance and timeliness
Able to successfully run and control a classroom
Able to follow and teach curriculum
Able to work well with others
High School Diploma/GED or higher education
Clear criminal history
Nice To HavesAt least 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility in Texas
Driving our vans is a plus (Clear driving record needed)
