RN/LPN Private Duty Nurse

POSITION 1

• Location: Cadet, MO
• Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 10:30p-6:30a
• Patient Specifics: 4 year old with trach and g-tube

POSITION 2

• Location: Desloge, MO
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-3p
• Patient Specifics: Infant with a G-tube, trach, and vent

POSITION 3

• Location: Tiff, MO
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 4p-9p & Every Other Saturday/Sunday 12p-8p
• Patient Specifics: 6 year old with a G-tube

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
