Warehouse Team Lead

What You’ll Do You will be the caretaker of our inventory from arrival to shipment and a hands‑on leader who keeps the warehouse running smoothly day to day. Lead the floor, running day‑to‑day operations and keeping orders moving when the Assistant Manager is absent. Own receiving and inventory: lead receiving procedures, cycle counts; verify, inspect, scan, and label incoming product so inventory stays accurate. Fulfill orders: pick, pack, and stage orders accurately; build and prep boxes; organize the daily workflow from pick files. Keep people safe: plan and lead weekly safety meetings, follow and model all SOPs and lockout/tagout procedures, and speak up immediately about hazards. Handle details: manage the location shipper email inbox, process returns, keep product rotated (FIFO) and quality‑checked. We will train you on our equipment — electric pallet jacks, forklifts (PIT certification provided), case formers, vacuum lifters, and our fulfillment systems. What You Bring High school diploma or GED. 1–2+ years of warehouse experience preferred; leadership experience a plus, not required. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay on your feet for most of the shift. Reliable attendance. Willingness to learn lockout/tagout, PIT, and all safety procedures (training provided). $23.82 per hour, paid weekly.
