BaristaAll Team Members are expected to:Serve our guests, team, and vendor partners with passion and careCreate hospitality experiences that inspire our guests to keep coming backTreat everyone others with fairness and respectSolve problems, get results, and have funEnsure safety and sanitation standards are never compromisedFollowing all operational policies & proceduresAs Barista, you are responsible for contributing to successful shifts by knowledgeably executing our specialty beverage menu, creating awesome guest experiences, and growing sales while maximizing profit. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:Dialing in coffee to the best tasting parameters (and tasting those parameters daily)Making menu items according to recipe and quality standardsMemorizing menu items and recipesCompeting opening/closing and mid-shift checklist tasks and side workDelivering excellent guest service with a professional demeanorRequirements:Ability to have effortless conversations, comfort interacting with peopleStrong desire to exceed customer expectationsAbility to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 poundsAbility to work in a standing position for long periods of timeConsistently works to improve and growUnderstands how to keep refrigeration equipment and storage clean and organizedPossesses working knowledge of specialty coffee and demonstrates desire to growShifts in need are:Monday: 7 AM - 3 PM and 3 PM - 7 PMTuesday: 3 PM - 7 PMWednesday: 7 AM - 11 AMThursday: 7 AM - 11 AM
