We are partnering with a fantastic school district in Franklin County, MA, to hire a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering speech and language therapy services to students. You'll work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success throughout the academic year. Location: In-person (no hybrid or remote options available) Schedule: January 2026-June 2026 Responsibilities Provide therapy services to students of all ages to support their speech, language, and communication needs in an academic setting. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and track progress. Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions. Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered. License through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). Speech Language Pathology License in the state of Massachusetts.
