Delivery Expert Domino's (6391)- Park City KS Full‑time Job Category Org: Store Delivery Expert Check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while working as part of a team. Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties. Comply with Domino’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards, and with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform pre‑delivery vehicle preparation, learn the delivery area, check orders for quality and accuracy, follow proper delivery procedures. Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone. Deliver flyers and door hangers. Deliver pizza to individual customer homes. Safely interact with customers at their homes. Receive and process telephone orders. Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly. Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary. Assist teammates, be on time for shifts, support other workstations, and complete closing duties including cleaning at the end of each shift. Use navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain. Operate all equipment and keep equipment and facility clean daily. Perform assigned workstation duties including preparing ingredients, making quality products, and taking orders. Perform accurate arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and make correct monetary change using a calculator if needed. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area; take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Safely operate a motor vehicle. Physical Demands STANDING: Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with some linoleum in the back area. Height of work surfaces is between 28" — 48". WALKING: Short distances for short durations. SITTING: Paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table. LIFTING: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and may be lifted/moved to walk‑in cooler or other sections of the store. Deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 pounds. CARRYING: Large cans, weighing 3 pounds 7 ounces, carried from workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds carried from storage to front of store. Trays of pizza dough carried three at a time (~12 pounds each). During delivery carry pizzas, sides and beverages while walking and climbing duties. PUSHING: Pushing trays on dollies (24"–72") requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds. CLIMBING: Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders for sign changes, wall washing, maintenance. STOOPING/BENDING: Forward bending at waist necessary at assembly station; duration ~30‑45 seconds repeated. CROUCHING/SQUATTING: Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. REACHING: Continuous reaching up, down, forward; above 72" to turn on/off oven controls, change prices, lift/lower objects to/from shelves. Downward reaching for scooping cornmeal, washing dishes. Forward reaching to obtain toppings, clean surfaces, answer phones. HAND TASKS: Eye‑hand coordination continuous; frequent use of hands; shaping pizza dough requires forearm and wrist effort. Manipulate pizza peel, railing cutter; frequent pinching in assembling cardboard pizza boxes. MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, WORK AIDS: Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel. DRIVING: Deliver pizzas within designated delivery area, may make several deliveries per shift. Walking between store and vehicle, and vehicle to customer’s location at steady efficient pace. Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather, indoor temperatures ranging 36°F to 90°F+, fumes from food, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F+, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts. Sensing: Hearing on telephone; near & mid‑range vision; depth perception; hot/cold differentiation; far vision and night vision for driving. Temperament: Direct activities, repetitive tasks, work alone & with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze & compile data, make judgments & decisions. Education and/or Experience High School diploma or GED. Additional Information Must be 18 years or older. Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and satisfactory vehicle. Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies. Must be cross‑trained and perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
