The ideal candidate believes in showing up to work on time, in proper uniform, keeping up with the demand of clean dishes for the FOH as well as the BOH and is able to follow all sanitation standards. Duties: Wash dishes, pots, pans, silverware, using the dishwasher or by hand. Be able to perform opening, closing and side work. Ensuring the availability of clean plates, utensils and kitchenware at all times. Able to follow all sanitary and health-related protocols. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
