One Health is seeking a responsive, friendly, and service-oriented HR Generalist to join our human resources team in Hardin, Montana! This position has a career pathway to help you build your career as an HR professional. You'll work closely with supervisors and staff across the organization, balancing day-to-day HR responsibilities with project coordination, process improvement, and employee support. Your daily activities will have a measurable impact on the success of One Health's mission to improve the wellbeing of everyone in our communities as a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center.

Compensation/Salary/pay: $23.45-$24.99/hour, DOE

Employment Type/Schedule:  Full-Time M-F 8am-5pm with hour lunch, or 9am-5pm with no lunch

Location: On-site, Hardin, Montana

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities: 

• Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
• Support coordination of employee benefits, leave and workplace accommodations
• Administer routine personnel activities (performance evals, reimbursements, worker's comp, etc.)
• Build trusted relationships with employees, supervisors and teammates

What We’re Looking for: 

• One (1) year experience in Human Resources
• Associate’s Degree or, in lieu of degree, four (4) years’ experience in Human Resources in addition to above 1-year experience requirement, or an equivalent combination of college and experience
• Valid driver’s license
  
• SHRM or HRCI certification a plus!
