District Sales Manager - CVRM - Primary Care - Phoenix South, AZ

AstraZeneca seeks a District Sales Manager to lead a cardiovascular primary care sales team of 8-10 professionals across the Phoenix South and Tucson territories. The role involves translating scientific capabilities into patient impact through strategic coaching, market analysis, and omnichannel sales execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach 8-10 sales professionals across Scottsdale, Chandler, Tucson, and Mesa territories
- Apply pharmaceutical product and disease-state knowledge to guide primary care selling strategies
- Use sales metrics and market analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Develop team performance through field engagement, coaching, and professional growth initiatives
- Shape innovative omnichannel sales strategies using market insights and customer feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related sales experience
- 7+ years people management and team leadership experience
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Strong market knowledge and business acumen in healthcare dynamics
- Demonstrated coaching ability and talent development skills
- Growth mindset with data and technology-driven decision-making capability
Compensation: $180,000-$205,000 base annual salary
