Responsibilities Research and process data of deceased stock transfers. Correspond with Village Corporations on missing data for deceased stock transfers. Respond to shareholder correspondence through writing, email, and telephone. Assist with BSNC annual meetings. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Required (Minimum Necessary) High School diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) Certificate. Minimum of two years’ experience in typing and general office practice. Preferred Computer skills, including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook). Proficient writing skills; highly organized; able to work with minimal guidance. Task-oriented, self-motivated, able to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work as a team player. Excellent attention to detail; ability to maintain consistent performance. Additional Skills and Experience Knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics related to office administration and shareholder record management. Supervisory Responsibilities This position will not have supervisory responsibilities. DOT Covered/Safety-Sensitive Role Requirements This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation “safety-sensitive” functions. Physical Requirements Job performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. Occasional travel may be required. Additional Qualifying Factors As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
