Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Psychotherapist in Private Practice based in Chicago, IL. The Psychotherapist will provide individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques to address mental health concerns. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, offering support for relationship dynamics, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The role emphasizes fostering open communication and building therapeutic relationships that empower clients toward well-being. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling. Expertise in Mental Health, with a strong understanding of therapeutic practices and frameworks. Experience with DBT, CBT, or trauma-informed approaches like EMDR is highly preferred. Valid licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Illinois (all licensure statuses including recent graduates are welcome to apply).
