The Opportunity

As Chief Nursing Officer youll oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of nursing services throughout the hospital. Youll serve as a trusted executive leader responsible for:

Qualifications

• Active RN License (Massachusetts or eligible for reciprocity)
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• 6 years of nursing experience (10 years preferred)
• 3 years of progressive nursing leadership experience
• Current or prior experience as a CNO Associate CNO Director of Nursing or equivalent nursing leader
• Experience leading nursing operations within an inpatient behavioral health or psychiatric facility
• Proven ability to develop teams improve quality outcomes and drive employee engagement
• Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization
