Director of Financial Reporting

Role: Director of Financial Reporting Compensation: $145k - $160k + 15% bonus Reason for Opening: Retirement of a long-tenured employee What We're Looking For * 10+ years of Accounting/Finance experience * 5+ years of SEC reporting experience * Proven ownership of SEC reporting and public company filings * Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing 10-Ks and 10-Qs * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance * CPA strongly preferred * P&C Insurance experience (auto insurance or other property & casualty carriers) The Ideal Candidate We're seeking someone who can independently own the entire SEC reporting process while serving as a technical accounting resource to leadership.
