Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by a physician.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and maintain equipment functionality during treatments.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely and in accordance with protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in rotating call schedules for emergency procedures and weekend treatment support.
• Adhere to all facility policies including rotational weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Radiation Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Proven experience in administering radiation therapy in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of radiation oncology treatment protocols and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and flexible shifts as required, including weekends and holidays.
