Office Assistant (m/f/d) - Temporary Part-Time For our teams at the site TIB Zinc Chemicals, LLC in Freeport, we are looking for committed ITC Temporary Part-Time Office Assistant (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Temporary Part-Time Office Assistant. This schedule is extremely conducive to a college students class schedule / demand as it is flexible. This role is essential in supporting our office during a high-volume period resulting from a recent merger and acquisition (M&A). The ideal candidate will assist with basic office functions, including filing, documentation, basic data entry and general administrative support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

File Management: Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems related to M&A documentation. Assist in digitizing paper files through scanning and uploading. Administrative Support: Help create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking documents and tasks. Provide logistical support for team meetings, including notetaking and distributing materials. Project Assistance: Collaborate with various departments on ongoing projects, preparing necessary materials. Engage in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by office staff to facilitate smooth operations. Wrap-Up Activities: Finalize outstanding documentation and provide a summary report of work completed. Participate in feedback sessions to discuss experiences and insights.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a temporary part time position, 8 Weeks, hours flexible (approx. 15-20 hours/week)
