Join a motivated, friendly team and help shape Metronomia's future in the U.S. as a Location: Hybrid — Durham, NC, USA (remote with regular on-site collaboration at our Durham office) Employment type: Full-time What You'll Do Represent and coordinate Metronomia project teams as Project Manager and lead study projects in Clinical Data Management. Represent Metronomia in project meetings with clients and study teams and, where appropriate, in other client-facing interactions (e.g., bid defense meetings). Take an active role in the clinical data management of interventional and non-interventional studies — including eCRF/ePRO setup and validation, DMP development, data review and cleaning, and import of external data. Design and deliver training for internal and external study teams in Clinical Data Management. Support the ongoing development of our Clinical Data Management SOPs. What You Bring Relevant training or a degree, plus 6+ years of professional experience in Clinical Data Management within the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO. Solid knowledge of GxP-regulated clinical research, clinical data management processes, and CDISC standards. A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
