Position Overview Coryer Staffing is confidentially recruiting a Cleaning Professional on behalf of a valued client in the premium cleaning industry. In this role, you'll deliver consistently high-quality cleaning services while following the client's established standards, procedures, and property-specific instructions. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and takes genuine pride in leaving a space beautifully clean. Responsibilities Perform professional residential and commercial cleaning Complete deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning Handle short-term rental turnovers when assigned Assist with post-construction cleaning when assigned Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and thoroughly clean assigned areas Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, common areas, and other spaces Attend closely to detail, including areas that are commonly overlooked Properly use and maintain company equipment and cleaning supplies Follow client-specific instructions and property notes Communicate professionally with team members, managers, and clients Promptly report damages, maintenance concerns, supply needs, or unusual situations Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled job Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Work independently or as part of a cleaning team Complete assigned work within scheduled time while upholding quality standards What We're Looking For Professional cleaning experience Reliable transportation and ability to drive to job locations Dependability and punctuality Excellent attention to detail Pride in producing high-quality work Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and checklists Clear, respectful communication Ability to work independently without constant supervision Strong teamwork skills Openness to feedback and coaching Honesty and trustworthiness Strong work ethic and time-management skills Comfort working across different homes, businesses, and properties Ability to safely perform the physical demands of professional cleaning Physical Requirements The Cleaning Professional must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods Bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning movements Carry cleaning supplies and equipment Lift at least 20 pounds Safely operate vacuums, mops, and other professional cleaning equipment Additional Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Basic proficiency with apps and software Fluency in English Legal right to work in the United States Compensation $21–$25 per hour , based on professional cleaning experience, reliability, transportation availability, ability to work independently, and overall qualifications. 2 weeks of paid vacation after one year Paid training Short-term disability insurance Long-term disability insurance Life insurance Supportive, professional work environment Coaching and ongoing development Advancement opportunities as the company grows Our Client's Standard of Excellence Excellence doesn't mean perfection — it means caring about the quality of your work, following established procedures, asking questions when something is unclear, taking ownership, and making every effort to deliver work that clients are genuinely happy to receive.
