High-Volume OB/GYN Practice | Mammography | Ultrasound | In-Office Procedures

Celebration Obstetrics & Gynecology —a premier, rapidly growing women’s healthcare practice in Central Florida—is seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to lead operations in a dynamic, high-volume clinical setting.

This role is ideal for a proven manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, drives operational excellence, and is deeply committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum 10 years of medical office management experience in a multi-provider practice
• Strong OB/GYN experience required, including familiarity with women’s health workflows, imaging coordination, and procedure scheduling
• Athena health (Athena) experience strongly preferred, including reporting, revenue cycle oversight, and workflow optimization
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume practices offering services such as mammography, ultrasound, and in-office procedures
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Deep knowledge of compliance, patient flow optimization, scheduling efficiency, and quality metrics
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with physicians, clinical teams, and administrative leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy OB/GYN practice, ensuring efficient workflows and an outstanding patient experience
• Lead, coach, and develop front office, clinical, and imaging teams
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance management, and team development initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, and financial performance in collaboration with leadership
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements
• Optimize workflows within Athena to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and revenue cycle performance
• Coordinate mammography, ultrasound, and in-office procedures to maintain access, efficiency, and high-quality care delivery

Full time, Monday – Friday

On-site in our Celebration, FL office
