The Role

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll handle technical repairs, equipment maintenance, and system troubleshooting across the property.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform repairs on mechanical systems and equipment
Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
Support emergency repair needs promptly
Maintain tools, logs, and repair documentation
Assist with major maintenance projects and upgrades

What Makes You You

Experience as a mechanic or maintenance technician
Stationary Engineering license is required.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read manuals and follow repair procedures
Reliable, safety focused, and organized
Comfortable with physical work and varied tasks

Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
