Project Finance Associate

The role: The [Houston/NY] office of Clifford Chance seeks finance focused attorneys who have experience in the following areas: US project financing of energy and infrastructure projects Holdco financing of energy and infrastructure projects US tax equity financings of energy and energy transition projects Construction to back‑leverage financing; experience with other financing structures involving tax equity/tax credits is a plus Qualifications Substantial experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects is required. Admission to the [Texas/New York] bar is also required. Preferred class years are 2022‑2018. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s). Compensation and Benefits Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. Subject to the candidate’s experience, the salary range for this role is $260,000–$435,000.
