HR Onboarding & New Hire Experience Specialist

Mr. Greens is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to guide new hires through onboarding and assist with offboarding in a fast-paced produce company in Florida. You will coordinate orientation, prepare welcome packets, and ensure data accuracy in HRIS. You will partner with HR, IT, and operations to smoothly bring candidates on board, manage payroll forms (I-9, benefits), and provide compliance training.
