Location: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi Job Title: Field Trainer – Southeast Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager Role Mission We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on, and engaging Regional Field Trainer to lead and deliver education initiatives across the Southeast region. This role is responsible for elevating product knowledge, selling excellence, and client experience across Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare categories in-store and across multiple training formats. As a key ambassador of training excellence, this individual will ensure that all retail teams and partners are aligned with brand standards while tailoring content to meet local market needs. The role combines training delivery with strong field presence, supporting sell‑out performance, driving team capability, and enhancing brand desirability through impactful education and on‑the‑ground support. Key Responsibilities General Education Deploy and lead training programs across all axes (fragrance, makeup, skincare, selling skills) tailored to various audiences including beauty consultants, office staff, and retail operators, using different formats (in‑person, in‑store, on stage, online, etc.). Drive learner engagement and effectively apply the DG education strategy, demonstrating strong group‑dynamic skills and empathy. Embody DG values and image, leading by example with excellence in product knowledge and service at the point of sale. Adapt training content and materials as needed to meet specific audience needs. In-Store Support: Product and Selling Knowledge Provide ongoing support for sell‑out initiatives, animations, on‑counter activities, and event field support. Act as a selling and service authority across the region. Stay informed on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations. Training & Event: Logistics and Coordination Manage all logistics for training deployments, including ordering and delivery of materials, products, and tools, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and processes. Coordinate hotel bookings, catering, flights, and transportation within budget for beauty consultants. Oversee credential requests and collaborate with field teams and retail partners to ensure smooth operations. Guarantee all required materials for training sessions are prepared and available, including modules, handouts, displays, kits, products, and digital content, while managing budget effectively. Lead training sessions, workshops, and presentations during Regional Seminars and Sales Meetings/Go‑to‑Market events. Requirements & Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, field education, or retail within the beauty or luxury industry. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Strong knowledge of fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences across different training formats. Highly organized with strong project management and coordination skills. Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Flexibility to travel extensively across the region.
