Fleet Product ManagerMujin is redefining industrial automation by giving robots perception and intelligence to perform advanced tasks in production and distribution environments. Our mission is to free people from repetitive, labor-intensive work so they can focus on innovation and problem-solving.We are seeking a Fleet Product Manager to lead the development of products that orchestrate and optimize warehouse automation systems, including forklifts, AGVs, and AS/RS cranes. This role operates at the intersection of software, operations, and robotics, and plays a key part in scaling Mujin's automation platform and delivering real-world impact for customers.The ideal candidate is a balanced product leader who can translate real-world warehouse and fleet operations into clear product requirements and roadmaps. Success in this role requires strong product management fundamentals, combined with hands-on experience in logistics or automation environments.This role is critical in shaping products that transform warehouse and logistics operations through intelligent automation. This role requires you to be onsite or relocatable to our office in Suwanee, GA.Position Description:Drive end-to-end Product Management of solutions for Mujin US—from concept to retirementDevelop product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with customer needs and market trendsOversee product portfolio performance, ensuring profitability, scalability, and alignment with business objectivesAnalyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory standards to inform product positioning and value propositionsPartner with engineering, R&D, sales, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions on time and within budgetMonitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for new deployments and enhancementsBridge the gap between software and hardware implementationPosition Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field4+ years of experience in product management or product development in industrial automation, robotics, or related technology sectorsExperience with agile software development methodologies and cross-functional team leadershipStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work independentlyPhysical Demands/ Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Ability to work extended hours as required.Travel Requirement: Less than 25%, domestically and internationally.Great Company!
